WeLiveSecurity wins Best Cybersecurity Vendor Blog award!

We’re delighted to announce that WeLiveSecurity has been named the Best Cybersecurity Vendor Blog at this year’s edition of the European Cybersecurity Blogger Awards. It’s an honor to have the collective talent and work of ESET’s security researchers and writers recognized with the accolade.

There were many excellent nominations this year – our congratulations to all other winners and nominees across the event’s 11 categories. We also owe a huge thank-you to you, our readers, for your ongoing support.

The awards were presented during the Security Bloggers’ Meetup, an event held alongside the Infosecurity Europe conference in London last week. Each year, this gathering honors the efforts of security bloggers, podcasters, journalists, pundits and social media personalities who help security practitioners and the broader public keep up with the latest trends in the industry.

As you can imagine, the competition was truly stiff. The winners were determined by a mix of public votes and a panel of judges, recognizing the impact that the work of the nominees has on both the security community and the general public.

Indeed, having won the same prize in 2018, this is also an excellent opportunity to thank you, our readers, for being an integral part of our journey. Your support means the world to us and encourages us to keep pushing the envelope. We look forward to bringing you more top-tier content and doing our part in helping you and your organization stay safe from digital threats.

For those who may not be familiar, here’s a quick recap of WeLiveSecurity’s journey so far:

Launched in 2013 by ESET, WeLiveSecurity has evolved into a premier source of cybersecurity research and insights. Available in five languages, the blog’s content spans the latest discoveries from ESET’s threat researchers to security advice for organizations of various sizes all the way to practical tips for everyday users.

Our team of security professionals and writers literally lives and breathes security as it aims to help our readers make sense of the ever-evolving security landscape. This involves tapping into the expertise of ESET’s security researchers who work “in the trenches” and enable us to provide you with a unique glimpse into some of the most sophisticated threats lurking in the digital realm.
