The AMG GLC 43 by Mercedes-Benz is expected to launch by the end of July in India. The new GLC 43 will be added in current family which includes the GLC300 petrol and GLC 220d diesel.
The Mercedes AMG GLC 43 gets some changes at the exterior. The grilles gets large air intakes and the the brushed silver front lip. Looking at the side profile you will notice that it gets 19 inch wheels from the AMG family as standard. All together the GLC 43 gets a more aggressive look which is compliments this performance SUV
Coming to the interior we can see that it gets several carbon fibre trim pieces on the dashboard and centre console. It also gets a flat bottom steering wheel, red seat belts, all black interior and red stitching.
The Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 will be powered by a 3.0 litre bi-turbo V6 engine which will be producing a power of 357bhp and 521Nm of torque. These engines will be coupled with a 9G-Tronic 9-speed automatic gearbox and will also have an all wheel drive system and air body control as standard.
The Mercedes AMG GLC 43 gets air body control and air suspension as standard. This beast also get 5 driving modes that will allow the driver to choose between the characteristics to individual preferences. It will also help the driver to change the modes of driving according to its use. The 5 driving modes are Eco, Comfort, Sport, Sport Plus and Individual
Mercedes claims that the SUV can reach 0-100 km/h in 4.9 seconds, while the top speed is electronically limited to 250 km/h. This model will be performance oriented version of the GLC SUV.
To differentiate from the regulate GLC variants, the Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 gets some AMG-specific design elements.The cosmetic changes include new grille, larger air intakes on the front bumper, 19-inch AMG alloys, all-black interior option with red stitching and an AMG-spec flat bottom steering wheel.
